SANBI offers a basic annual salary of R397 116.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits
The following competencies are required for the candidate to be successful in this position: Extensive experience in managing the office of the senior executive; Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act requirements and National Treasury Regulations is essential; Ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations and to work in a methodical manner is essential; Project management training/courses and comprehensive experience in formal project management implementation methodologies will be an added advantage; excellent business management skills; planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; report writing skills, people management skills, excellent computer literacy and experience in the application of software tools including (Ms. Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, and Outlook) will be advantageous. The possession of a valid driver’s license with at least one year of practical driving experience and a willingness to travel is essential.
Key Performance Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage financial, budget, procurement, and compliance-related matters to support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Director SCM and Asset Management;
- Coordinate office-related projects and programs for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer; and
- Provide logistical support and secretarial services to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
